Cole Carter (Zac Efron) is a 23-year-old former song star and DJ who fights in electronic dance music (EDM) and dreams of becoming a major recording producer. The next day, Cole wakes up at James ‘house, where he is introduced to Sophie (Emily Ratajkowski), James’ girlfriend and personal assistant, who voluntarily takes her home.

After the profits from the event were unsatisfactory, they turned to their partner, Paige (Jon Bernthal), who runs a fourth-party real estate settlement company. Later, James calls Cole for a DJ at his house party, a paid concert.
