The Horror Hound Festival debuts in Louisiana, attracting hundreds of artists, landmarks and incredible fans from around the world. Among them is the girlfriend of the Chase fan and his girlfriend Laine, who is forced to come on the road. But as the scene ends, Laine begins to gain vague expressions and disturbing visions associated with ancient cities and, in particular, the local / urban history of Creeper. As the festival arrives and the bloody party for the craze grows, Laine believes that something unknown has been invited and that she is in the middle of it.
